Coral lentil curry

  • For 2 meals:
  • 50 g of coral lentils
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 half-carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 C. with curry powder
  • 1 C. oil soup
  • 2 pinches of turmeric.


Wash and peel the carrot and cut into slices. Peel and chop the garlic and shallot. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the shallot, garlic and spices, then add the carrots. Rinse and drain the lentils and add them to the pan with the diced tomato and 2 glasses of water. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 20 minutes, adding water during cooking if necessary.
