Crumble of celery and leek

Here is an original crumble! Celery and leek are both rich in folate (vitamin B9), essential during pregnancy. Celery will also bring you vitamin K, vitamin C and beta-carotene.


For 4 people :

  • 1 foot of celery branch
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 fillet of olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 60 g dry bread
  • 5 nuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 orange


Turn on the oven at 180 ° C. Th 6. Break the nuts, collect the kernels. Peel and wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and cook them in a drizzle of olive oil for 15 minutes.
Add the peeled garlic and chopped at the end of cooking as well as the washed and grated carrot, salt and pepper. Mix and fill a gratin dish.
Wash and grate the orange peel. Cut the bread and parmesan into pieces and put them in a blender with the nuts, salt, pepper, add the olive oil and mix to obtain a crumble dough. Cover the vegetables and sprinkle with a little grated orange peel.
Take 15 minutes to heat and brown the crumble.
