  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 80 g flour
  • 2 onions
  • 15 cl of fresh cream
  • 80 g of butter.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° (tea 6). Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes. Cook them for 10 minutes in salted boiling water and drain them. Pour into a salad bowl, add the chopped onions, the crème fraîche, the detailed breast in strips and 100 g of grated Comté cheese. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish. Prepare the crumble dough by mixing flour and butter with the rest of the cheese and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the vegetables and bake for 40 minutes.
