Here is a recipe that changes traditional pancakes! Add a little brown cream and orange to make a gourmet dessert.
- 4 large pancakes
- 4 tablespoons chestnut cream
- 4 tablespoons thick cream
- 2 oranges
- A little icing sugar
- 1 piece of candied orange
In a salad bowl, beat the cream of chestnuts, the cream and the rum. Reserve cool.
Peel the oranges raw and detail them in quarters by eliminating the seeds.
Heat the pancakes in the microwave, covering them with a special film, about 1 minute 30 at medium power.
Spread a quarter of the chestnut cream on each pancake, then divide the orange quarters over and fold into a fan shape.
Arrange each pancake on an individual plate, sprinkle with a little icing sugar and decorate with small cubes of candied orange.
