- 100g Ebly Flour Flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 10 cl of milk
- 3 c. oil soup
- 2 apples
- A little butter
Mix the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar packet with the eggs, then add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
Pour the milk and the 3 tablespoons of oil while continuing to mix.
In a pan, fry the 2 peeled apples and cut into small pieces with a little butter.
Pour the dough into the pan on the fruit, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Using a plate, turn the cake in the pan and cook on the other side about 5 minutes.
