Apple pancake

From 2 years, your little gourmand will enjoy this dessert.


  • 1 ladle of pancake batter
  • 1 half-apple
  • 2 hazelnuts butter
  • 1 C. sugar coffee
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 dash of liquid caramel.


Peel and cut the apple into slices, then fry for 8 minutes in half the butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, lightly caramelize and reserve. In a small skillet, cook the pancake in the remaining butter. Place on a plate and arrange the apple slices. Garnish with a dash of liquid caramel and serve hot.
