Crispy angel hair

Angel's hair ... little pasta crispy in the teeth! With these little cookies, guaranteed pleasure from 2 years.


  • For 4 patties:
  • 80 g of angel hair
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • 50 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 C. chopped parsley
  • salt


Immerse the angel hair in a large pot of boiling salted water, to which you will have added a drop of oil.
Let them cook for 3 minutes then drain them.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Separate the mixture into 4 portions and form 4 patties by hand.
In an oiled skillet, brown the patties 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with meat, ham or fried egg.
