Croissants with ham (Marie-Laure)


  • For 4 children:
  • a puff pastry
  • two slices of ham
  • 100 gr grated gruyere
  • an egg yolk


Spread the puff pastry and cut it in four. Cut the ham slices in half. Put half a slice of ham on a quarter of dough, then put grated Gruyère cheese on top. Roll the dough towards the crescent shaped tip. Once all the croissants are done, brush them with egg yolk. Bake at a temperature of 210 ° for 20 minutes.
