  • For 2 desserts:
  • 2 tbsp. Flédons Blédine Wild Fruits or Vanilla
  • 20 cl of milk in a row
  • 1 egg
  • 1 good c. honey coffee
  • 1 tip of vanilla sugar


Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (tea 6). Mix the egg, sugar and honey. Warm up the milk with the flakes. Add to the mixture while turning. Divide into 2 ramekins. Put them in a dish half filled with boiling water and bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool, serve with a drizzle of grenadine syrup and a red fruit.
