An express recipe to impress and treat your little family in two steps and three movements. Promised!
- 400 g peeled shrimp
- 2 shallots 1 bunch of mint 1 tbsp. coffee from Maïzena
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
- 5 cl of dry white wine
Peel and chop the shallots. Cut the mint roughly. Mix the cornflour with white wine. Fry the shallots in a wok (or in a frying pan). Add the shrimp, cook for 2 minutes. Then add the mixture Maïzena, white wine and mint. Stir. Add salt. Let it cook for another 4 minutes.
