Couscous with fried prawns

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people: 12 raw shelled shrimps
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 sprigs of flat parsley
  • 4 c. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 packet of instant couscous
  • 4 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 knob of butter
  • salt.


Swell the couscous in a salad bowl with a bowl of salted boiling water. Peel and slice garlic cloves and sauté them in a frying pan. Add the prawns, grasp them for 7 min on high, turning them over. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with coriander. Add the butter to the couscous. Put it on a plate with the prawns and serve.
