Feel free to try new recipes to impress the whole family. Prepare these cookies with white chocolate chips, they keep well and can be served at any time with chocolate or milk.
- 110 g of soft butter
- 130 g of brown sugar
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 175g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons almond powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of white chocolate in nuggets
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover a baking tray with greased baking paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate, add the brown sugar and the egg, mix well.
Gradually add almond powder, sifted flour, yeast and salt.
Add half of the nuggets and work with a wooden spatula until the dough is smooth.
Form small dumplings with your hands and place them on the paper, spacing them approximately 4 cm apart.
Sprinkle with remaining nuggets and bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool before taking off. Store in an airtight box.
